Maple Bacon Fried Rice


-Maple Bacon Fried Rice-

3-4 Tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of chopped onions
1/4 cup raw bacon pieces (about 2-3 strips cut into small pieces)
3 Tablespoons of maple Syrup
A pinch of garlic salt
2 1/2 cups of cooked rice
3 tablespoons of soy sauce

Melt butter in a frying pan, add chopped onions, bacon and garlic salt. After they're sizzling nicely, add the maple syrup. When the bacon looks like it is begining to cook (about 2 or 3 minutes, stiring ocassionally) add rice. Drizzle soy sauce over the top. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes before eating. :)
